I am living my life as me, I am HER now. I try to be present each day and practice what I preach, but it took me years to get where I am now. I found myself living a life that was unauthentic and not who I wanted to be. The mom I dreamed of when I was little, was not who I was and it broke me. Through the tears that I shed in that moment, there was clarity. It was time for me to discover who I was, which meant putting myself first and digging deep. I was ready to jump. I was tired of feeling alone and unfulfilled, and wanted that voice inside me to be heard.
I started to invest in myself by seeing therapists and energy healers, meditating and being still. I took a life coaching course, which allowed me the space I needed to start my transformation. I hired a life coach, am a part of an amazing group of women - my sisterhood. And now I am holding space to serve you! I offer one on one coaching and mentoring, customized to support your individual needs.
